now, the trump administration has expanded junk insurance plans. these plans are cheap for a reason. they do not have to provide essentiall h health benefit like hospitalization, prescription drugs and maternity care and according to the fine print of one of the plans sold in several states including my home state of than, marketed by golden rule company, the plan doesn't even have to cover hospital care on a primary saturday. so, it will be just your bad luck if you happen to get sick and need health care on the weekend. and, the very first exclusion states that it provides no benefits for preexisting health condition. the fine print also notes that if you're pregnant, that will be considered a preexisting health condition. these junk insurance plans can deny health care coverage to people with pre-existing conditions when they need it the most and that is why i am leading this effort in the unitedheit states senate to take action and stop this sabotage. mr. president, this is personal to me. when i was nine years old i got sick. i was really sick

how do you enact these changes in a trump administration? >> first of all, i am in a group in congress, a climate change caucus. one of the issues i'm working say howthe caucus is to can the united states integrate trade policy with environmental policy. ist we are doing often times we are raising our environmental standards but in doing so, we are raising our costs and pushing jobs at manufacturing overseas to countries that don't have the same environmental standards. i think that's a big question -- how can we do better domestically in terms of bringing our carbon footprint down but then how can we integrate that we trade? i think we are projecting that there will be a significant increase in electric vehicles. how do you produce the energy to do that? from thed an award energy coalition so i have been supportive of renewable energy ilt also a supporter of enra in terms of providing funding. what we don't want to do is have renewables subsidized indefinitely. we want them to be cost competitive with conventional fuels. >> jason? >> thanks
