this is a tsmc, world's largest contract chip maker.ots in arizona back in 2020 they are going to expand and they are already rapidly growing u.s. business. this could be good for all. what hurdles do you anticipate? >> the biggest hurdle i think is getting these tax cuts that were started in 2017 which brought a lot of business to the united states, getting those extended. if they are not extended by a congress that frankly needs to be pushed in the right direction, i am hoping that president trump will do to the house republicans and senate republicans in particular what he did with zelenskyy, spelling out what needs to be done. if we don't get these tax cuts extended, we are going to have a huge tax increase for 65% of american taxpayers, including on the corporate side, so we will have far fewer companies coming in here with these investments because they won't have the incentives. trump is all about incentivizing the private sector to do more business. also about putting more money in our pocket, which we need with these tax cuts.
