( anny ) more charges have been filed against a fairfield man accused of abandoning his 16-day-old baby last month. the solano county district attorney's office says, 18- year-old daniel mitchell is also being charged with d-u-i and hit-and-run. police say he left his baby in a parking lot. mitchell pleaded not guilty to those charges as well. he has already pleaded not guilty to felony child endangerment charges. mitchell is scheduled to be back in court next month.
