tully road is near the great american parkway.his nightmare even the guadalupe parkway is backed up getting on to the 101. it is beyond the 880. still, some slow traffic leading up to the capitol expressway. look at that would single digit speeds. the 280 and the 32 minutes could escalate to 38 minutes big delays on the south-bay. alternate routes? interstate 280, possibly but all of these are just rough. let us take a look at the bridges. the bay bridge is reporting and other bay bridge backup. i am not aware of any incidences but this is bigger than what we saw are just about 30 minutes ago or just one hour ago but still slow for the westbound. the san mateo bridge has been an easy commute all morning long. even with that accident on the mid-span. the 101 has reported problem-free from marion county. no incidences. from a mirror- county. 101 the southbound still difficult from-marin county, no problems. >>erica: as we see the stormtracker 4 the system is coming our way. as we go towards northern california of the advancing cloud
