tully. that has been causing the slowdown as it was in the middle lane for 15 minutes. then a new one right here at capital expressway. that will cause more problem because of the -- where the two lanes blocked and chp isn't there yet to help folks out for the roadways. expect bigger backup now for 101. second day in a row we had problems and we will see backup as it extends to this area. slowing because of the volume of traffic kicking in there. might see a shift of folks avoiding 85 and take that up. that will be back up and downtown. watch for that ripple effect. i will update you as the hours continue through the morning commute. right here we do still have this continuing. 580 at spring town. accident now center divide, distraction for these folks. still 22-minute drive out of the pass through livermore. and holding steady for pleasanton and dublin. that's good news there. as we move over to the bay bridge, no major issues. we have that tree down reported here and highway 13 northbound

this accident still brewing on northbound 101 at tully road.ood news, went from two accidents to one accident scene. a total of five cars reported on the northbound side as you're approaching tully road two of those cars reported as totaled meaning they can't even drive them away from the scene, they have to get a flat bed tow truck. and with all that report, well, just minor injuries. that's good news, but we're following up with the chp to make sure that is the case. just minor, we want to watch out for the welfare of our drivers, as well. and i told you with all of this, you're going to see slowing for 87 and we have seen this, it took ten minutes for that to kick in into the 30s now as you're coming up toward capital and downtown for those speeds to continue to drop there. we'll look at the rest of your commute as we come down out of the east bay. we do have a nice, easy drive, but still speeding through 30s and 40s for the 35-minute drive. the rain and wind will play a factor in the coming hours. highway 4, two accidents, one either side o
