vice-president turman? >> i need to respond to one thing. first of all, i have read the blue ribbon commission's report. i'm reading it now. i think a response from us is necessary and we should do so. i want to clarify something mr. benedicto said, many of the reforms that the chronicle noted we have been discussing with the chronicle and other community stakeholders since before the blue ribbon panel was created. so it's not as if we began working on these things because of the blue ribbon panel pointed it out. we have been working on many of the issues and many of the issues noted for the reform in the report were things already on our list. we are glad to take guidance and information from every available resource, but we are not sitting by waiting for the blue ribbon panel or anyone else to tell us what we need to do. we are reaching out and we are constantly working. >> thank you, vice-president. commissioner dejesus. >> i'm half way through it. there is 250 pages. i do want to say, we've gotten a lot of input from a lot of different g
