are in the midst of construction work, so you will be hearing more about that from steve rule of turner construction, but i wanted to report on a few more items, and that is that we reached a milestone where we have acquired all the properties for phase one, which is a really big milestone for the transbay authority that clears the way for us to move forward with the first phase. on the design front, we are working closely with pelly clark pelly. we're targeting having 100% of the documents completed next year. we're working on everything from material design review, retail design review, the bus ramp design review. we're also working closely with the seismic safety review committee to make sure that we have all the final approval and permanent for the structural design so there are no delays. and, of course, we continue working with our stakeholders of adjacent properties and the agency. most recently, we met with the problem of building inspection and the fire department with respect to the firelight safety on the bus level in the transit city -- transit center. we are also working wi

the discussion has revolved mainly around wagner and turner. i supported david wagner coming out of the rules committee. both have a strong experience not only with police commissions here, but in their home states, and have the expertise about public safety issues. if you watched our three our hearing on the police commission, you would get to hear some of their thoughts around how we can improve public safety in our communities. there is also strong experience working with our communities of color and lgbt. both of them oppose warrantless searches, something that has been happening a lot in my district. both heavily support sanctuary city. supervisor campos's amendment to sanctuary city, and how we work with those with mental health issues. i think it is important to keep those in mind as we keep kitchen -- keep commissioners with a point accountable. in the end, i supported david wagner. i have known him for longer. i know he has a deep passion around civil-rights issues and has also done pro bono work in my district with many of our immigra

steve rule with turner construction, construction management oversight. there we go. we had another great month of progress. we continue the demolition work, 46,000 hours now without any accidents or injuries to the workers. we completed the turnover of zone three, which used to be the old central portion of the old terminal to the subcontractor for staging of their shoring material that they've started construction on. and we completed the main demo on the bus ramps by completing the harrison overpass in the first week of may, so that is the end of our long closures and street closures there for the demolition. now it's just a lot of clean-up and processing of that material. with utility relocation package, good progress continues to be made with those. the natomis street sewer installation between free mount and first is completed, and the tie-in to the main sewer is in progress. water line snalmings is completed. -- installation is completed. and we anticipate that work, the natomis street utility relocation work being completed by the end of july. one of the other
