no extra restrictions on the turnpike through bucks county. the changes that we mentioned at times during the last few weeks take effect this coming sunday, january 3. when the delaware memorial bridge toll plaza is going to stop dispensing tickets and accepting cash. it's going to be a cashless toll for those of you who cross the bridge from new jersey into pennsylvania. all westbound drivers will be charged, if you have e-z pass you'll be charged normally. if you don't have e-z pass they will take a photo of your license plate and you will get a bill in the mail. these changes take effect on sunday, the new neshaminy toll plaza will be opening for the first time. heads up if you're traveling along the turnpike in bucks county, things will look different this time next week. >>> a case of animal abuse caught on camera in california. animal control officers are trying to find the woman throwing the pug in the middle of the street. it has gotten 40,000 views on facebook. they know who the woman is and they believe she has abused the dog before.

josh: a woman from windham is accused of driving the wrong way on the everett turnpike. police say chelsea cormier was intoxicated when she drove north for nearly 16 miles in the southbound lane. wmur's kristen carosa live from the bedford tolls, one of the locations that the woman alley reporter: authorities say these types of driving offenses are extremely dangerous, especially someone driving under the influence. it happened around 1:00 a.m. this morning, the 24-year-old chelsea cormier was driving the wrong way on the everett turnpike near exit 13. once cormier drove through the bedford tolls she headed northbound towards the hooksett toll plaza. state police responded and got into position ahead of her as she continued to drive northbound. officers laid down spike strips which slowed her car down. cormier pulled over but then attempted to pull back onto the highway, with two flat tires. she was finally stopped by police and arrested. >> many persons who are under the influence of alcohol lose track of which direction they're driving in, specifically on the roadways
