it's a decision under tvpra to say look, we want to treat all children equally. but we return uacs to countries every year. i think last year we removed over 1,000 of them. and so we -- we removed uacs to the three countries in central america. so they do issue documents and accept them. i would address, sanctuary cities, the tvpra, the fact that we can only detain families for a certain amount of days. i can't blame anybody for wanting to be part of the greatest country on earth. but there's a right and wrong way to do it. if you have a claim, there should be no problem, you enter the country, we detain you until you have your immigration hearing. if you get a finding of fear, you're released and you can pursue life in the united states. if the answer is no, you enter the country illegally or you don't have the right to this release and here's your order of removal, it needs to be executed. so i think again sanctuary cities, tvpra, the settlement agreement that limits how long we can detain families. i think we need to look at e-verify. it's a necessary tool. be
