ty brennan is following the story this afternoon. he joins us live from outside of chase field. this has been a some of it has been public and some of it has been private. >> reporter: this could come to a head tomorrow that is when maricopa county officials plan to meet to talk about the possibility of selling chase field to a private company. this comes from bickering that has gone on from the diamondbacks and the county, which own the stadium. the diamondbacks claim the stadium is in need of updates and clips the county has done happened. the d-backs have threatened to leave and move somewhere else. the county is meeting with a potential buyer tomorrow. the potential buyer says they want to make sure the diamondbacks stay and agreed to make the improves that the d-backs want. we spoke to a former county supervisor who got chase built back in 1998. we spoke to her about the bad blood between the county and team. >> i'm dismayed because of the fighting but that is politics and you work around it. i would like to hope the chairman of our board and the other d-backs officials all

ty brennan has the story for us tonight. >> reporter: his family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against bullets and burgers. they are also working with lawmaers to make sure this does not happen again. this is the video that sparked outrage and shock two years ago. a 9-year-old girl learning how to shoot loses control of the gun shooting the instructor charles vacca once in the head. with the second anniversary of this tragedy, the vacca family has filed a lawsuit against bullets and burgers. >> the location where their dad was working and the businesses that were dom bined to operate they feel like they need to be held accountable for their dad's death. reporter: the family publicly told the 9-year-old saying they have no ill feelings towards her. >> they want the businesses to be held accountable. from their perspective, it is not right. it is not right that a 9-year-old can be given a weapon that shoots over 1,000 rounds a minute. >> reporter: they also started this is vacca's oldest daughter explaining the campaign. they are working with ruben gallego and massachusetts senator to pa
