joining us now is former track and field athlete and sports reporter for the enquire, tyler dragon. r having me on it. >> tyler, marijuana is legal in 18 states and washington, d.c., including, as well, oregon where richardson used it. but it goes against international olympic committee and world doping agency policy. is it time for them to just kind of change that, reverse that? >> yeah. those rules are a little bit outdated. we've already seen the nfl and the nba relax restrictions on marijuana. i believe the international olympic committee needs to do the same. the state in which richardson was smoking the marijuana is legal, so you know, i think those rules, the ioc, they adhere by the rules, and i do think that they are really outdated. >> the nfl doesn't suspend players who test positive for marijuana. the nba, mlb, they no longer test for the drug. as kendis mentioned, this world anti-doping agency says it can enhance performance. i mean, as a former track and field athlete, do you think that's the case? >> not at all. i think maybe it might do something to reaction time. it c
