meteorologist cecily tynan is at the big board with the latest from accuweather. >> second day in a row, it feels like winter we have this persistent wind out of the northeast over the ocean and the ocean temperature in the low 40s, that is our air temperature, a tale of two seasons, it feels like winter and west those it feels like summer temperatures surging up into the 80s and also some severe weather, low pressure developing north of st. louis, a trailing cold front and this has caused a lot of reports of wind damage and hail and even tornadoes ten tornadoes yesterday and 200 reports of wind damage and tornado warnings are in affect from chicago to east of kansas city. there say cold front south of that low pressure, that is where we get the severe weather and then a warm front ahead of it and that warm front is moving through tomorrow morning. first we get the warm front with fog and showers and then we get the cold front and that cold front could cause severe weather, big question just how much sunshine do we get? if we get full sunshine tomorrow afternoon there is a greater chanc
