in this morning's analysis tyne morgan (cut through the uncertainy in ththmarkets. give mike a call at 888-747-0843) (bean harvest is wrapping up in the u.s. atteteion now shifts to brazil. what does it mean to bean markets? we'll talk about it in the profarmer profit briefing, welcome back to agday with meteorologist mike hoffman. mike, we're seeing some rain in texas and d me other pockets of the southern plains. where will we see this rain next? well most of it will continue to move through texas and northward. a lot will be beneficial. some will be way too much. so let's just put the maps into motion and watch that system as it starts to move off to the north but the moisture continuing to flow off the gulf of mexico. some of it off the pacific ocean. we will continue to put down huge amounts of rain in parts of texas. it's going to be a fairly good soaker north. for the rest of the country, southeast going to continue to drdre high pressure contntuing to dominate. the great lakes and ohio valley will continue to be dry as well with another quick shot of cooler

good morning i'm tyne morgan. clinton griffiths is off today. usda releases its latest crop progress report this afternoon. but we already know north dakota corn harvest is way ahead of schedule. normally many north dakota farmers won't begin shelling corn until early november. but as cliff naylor shows us many y oducers will already have their crop at the elevator before e first snow hits the fields. a dry summer and fall have given north dakota farmers a head start on harvesting late season row crops. dustin goehring - corn rmer: for us, this i ireally early, it's nice if we can get if off before we get any bad weather. it's easier on our never fun. dustin goehring usually doesn't start the corn harvest until early november, this year he might be finished cutting his crop by then and he's also saving lots of money because the crop is already dried down. jackie buckley - morton county extension agent: with the price of corn the way itits, three bucks or less, they don't want to run it through the dryer because that costs money. wayne bodvig pla
