reverend, i just want to get your reaction to all of this tyree nichols funeral. you called for a reform so that no other black life would be unjustly taken like tyree. but this report we were just talking about from doj lays out that memphis police still unlawfully discriminate against black people. what concerns you most about this well when we see this report it is disturbing, but not surprising it really puts in print form the context to which the tyree nichols incident took place in that there are many persons who have had adverse and violent interactions with law enforcement in memphis. >> and so, as we hope that the state and the federal trials will continue to bring about accountability for those officers, i think memphis has to be focused on the way forward and this investigation and the findings are going to help to put forth a blueprint about how we move forward with policy reforms training and supervision to make sure these reforms are implemented. >> so the report says that the memphis police department treats black people more harshly than white peopl
