we told you yesterday that this all started when the customer, tyrone pauline was told cash only and he only had a credit card. he said they should have given him a heads up before he was stuck in the drive-thru line. so is the customer always right? rick doesn't think so, he says... to the guy that badgered & provoked the mcdonalds employee. no, the customer is not always right especially in this town where an element of folks feel they deserve a certain level of entitlement and are rude/impatient. fast food em over worked and underpaid. payment transaction terminals do go defective. the customer is not always right at fast food restaurants, just to let everybody know. employees also have rights remember that! for the incident at the mcdonalds. the manager should be fired! nancy says... go down to the mcdonalds on customers exactly like that! the manager and the employees smile at you when they make a mistake, like it's your fault! vivian says.. to the young man who couldn't purchase his snacks from mcdonalds, firstly, don't eat there! secondly, customers are not always right. a bus
