delia live at tysons corner this morning. that's good for shoppers. >>> today a team from the national transportation safety board will arrive at the site of a deadly plane crash in montgomery county. the small single engine plane went down last night in laytonsville near davis airport. it was carrying two men, an experienced flight instructor and experienced pilot. witnesses say the plane failed to clear tree tops and appeared to stall during landing. they saw it spiral to the ground and crash into a thickly wooded area. >> the wind shield was ripped off of the aircraft. the tail was badly damaged and in pieces. both wings were mangled and the engine was falling out of the aircraft. >> the flight instructor pilot in the plane was killed in the crash. the second man is listed in serious condition. the plane that crashed was listed for sale on a website called trade a plane. >>> investigators are trying to determine what caused a big apartment fire in woodbridge, virginia. the fire broke out last night on gemstone drive. one f
