well as the eurozone on the labor market. the chart is talking about real wage growth, it is back in the u k.very time we get data, i feel twitter storm looking at average hourly earnings. is the big chart the number we should be looking at telling us real wage growth is back? if you think about what actually happens to people spending power, right now it is when did this happen and it was about a year ago. you see it pick up in the year-over-year statistics. positive if turning you look at quarterly data. the spending power has been improving the last six months. how are things different from the trajectory the united states is experiencing where we are getting phenomenal employment rates and yet it does not seem like it's eating through the wage growth. jamie: in the u.k. we had an inrmous boost to employment the labor statistics so in that sense it's very similar to the u.s.. , it is takingde its time to come through. the phillips curve is still there and functioning. of slowst a long period wage gain has been influencing expectations so take a while for expectations to recalibrate. vonnie
