( james ) a former u-c berkeley student is suing southwest airlines. he says he was removed from a flight just because he spoke arabic. the incident happened back in april of 2016 but he just filed the lawsuit yesterday. he says he was sitting on the plane in los angeles getting ready to fly back to oakland. somebody heard him speaking arabic and told the flight crew. he says a southwest agent then came with two police officers and escorted him off the plane. he says he was then searched and questioned by the police and f-b-i for hours. south west says it cannot comment on the lawsuit.
