u. d. w. rebecca, readers was at the protest in television and sent us this update. tens of thousands of pro democracy protest is a once again out on the street in central television. they protest, i think, going on for 6 day, nearly 16 and a half weeks already. but to night, protests has a slightly different vibe to it. it's more of a party protested being dubbed by the organizes and why? because it's falling on the night after memorial day and into the country's independence day. this holiday is a very, very proud time for israelis and it's normally a time that unites the country. a lot of the people i've been speaking to tonight saying that they're out on the streets, particularly tonight because they want the country to hear. they want the government to hear that the country isn't united, that they're not happy with the way things are going and they want their voices to be heard. but they have also told me that this is a night that they're able to celebrate what it is they're fighting for. and that is, of course, the democracy of the country coming at a time of this very symbolic day, th
