u.k. supreme court and the swedish supreme court has had grave misgivings in both courts when they had their final decisions. several years ago in the u.k. supreme court there was a dissent two judges who held that he could not be sent to sweden on the basis of this arrest warrant and now last year the swedish supreme court said that there was serious issues relating to the swedish request. original arrest warrant and also there was a dissenter was a judge which held that it was disproportionate to maintain that arrest. and so it is not so that this is been through review in the in the in the u.k. system and in the swedish system and all this all right now i know there are serious misgivings misgivings which have been clearly stated by these courts and now when there is war and finally has been withdrawn it is for the u.k. authorities to make clear that they will not try to enforce this arrest warrant against him and of course a solemn chance this problem that he has every reason to fear that there will be soem immediate action they will try to whisk him out of the country that will cease fi
