in and o number of democrat and republicans almost one quarter of the members of the u.s. senate cosponsor a bill that says that pay the coast guard right now the survey are treated fairly like the other men and women serving in our military. so, that was a good start. i was optimistic and it's been a bit of a roller coaster ride, but to be honest, i couldn't imagine that this bill would not sail through. we are not going to be able to fix everything right now, but we can start working on these individual issues. there is a lot of talk of doing that. so, last week with the president and his administration, the secretary of homeland security, we continued to press the issue all i week. the omb director, the president himself, and then he said this week he was going to support the bill and that's important. now we have the executive in fact i was with him in a meeting he said he's 100% supportive of this bill, by producing more democrats than republicans on the right now. so, what we did to try to move this quickly as we celebrate the president is going to sign it, bipartisan bill,
