the uae have expressed concerns over the nuclear deal with iran.o be some particular concern over dropping sanctions against iran. what is the worry here? >> reporter: that's right. the issue over sanctions is one of the biggest areas of contention as the framework comes together. there's concern about how fast the sanctions would be lifted and how they would be put back in place if iran violates the term of the agreements. one of the biggest reasons there is so much worry and concern, there's two dualing narratives coming out. iran saying sanctions will be lifted immediately once this deal is signed. the u.s. are saying the opposite saying they would be gradually phased out over time. president obama has been down playing the differences over this timeline of sanctions. he is playing up instead and emphasizing the snapback provisions that would be in place. how those provisions would be put back into place when and potentially if iran violates terms of the deal. republican senator bob corker said this morning that he believes the u.s. has already
