uber connect.case the allocations went beyond the internet. a tampa bay uber driver reported suspicions to police, they got a uber connect package and held it up to the light, telling cnbc news that they looked inside the bag and sought to write crystal like rocks inside of a clear plasti . police say that field tests return negative, they could not determine what it was, and they are awaiting further testing. we reached out to police departments in over 20 cities across the u.s., asking if they had similar complaints from uber drivers. the chicago police department told cnbc news that of two incidents, or uber drivers suspected they were transporting drugs, other departments said that they did not have records or they could not complete the request. we are still waiting for some police departments to respond to our public information request. the u.s. drug enforcement administration declined cnbc news's request for comment. >> is no description, so as a driver, you have no way to definitively know

mike just laid out his uber trade.what's your take >> let's keep that chart up a second if we can, because i think this 25 level is really important. that's where the stock wallowed between july and august. i would not expect it to be lower than that right now. fundamentally, it's going to take advantage of the fact that gasoline prices are down 13 weeks in a row also the fact that more of the company's business is coming from delivery rather than rideshare. we now see that about 43% of the company's revenue comes from delivery and that's growing. so the company is not cheap by any means. so i think it makes a lot of sense that mike is using options because i wouldn't want to run out and buy a stock like this, which is trading at 80 ape when i could create a strategy like mike has. >> carter, you see more play in the gaming sector? >> yeah. also an opportunity and completely different here is the chart with no judgments, no lines, no arrows let's put lines and arrows and judgments on it. next chart bottoming out format

the exact opposite is actually the case for uber.the other thing is when we take a look at the charts that carter was just illustrating for us, we do have that bottoming formation which gives us sort of a place to draw a line in the sand so i was looking at a trade that i like to use in these higher implied volatility situations where we do start seeing a move off the bottom, where we are thinking about the possibility that we might purchase the stock at that bottom by using a call spread risk reversal i'm looking at the 25, 32, 40 call spread. i'mlooking to put them on for something close to even, trying to get near upside participation but not to have that immediate downside exposure essentially, and so here effectively you would get long down at that 25 put strike, and long at the 32.5 call strike and have exposure all the way up to that short 40 strike call. now, in this case, we are laying out a little bit of premium here, about a buck 30 or so, but that actually represents a relatively small percentage. that's a little over 3%

emily: uber says they have no evidence the incident involved access to sensitive uber data.doesn't seem like the public uber ridesharing service has been impacted yet, right? casey: yes they seem to be focused on continuing operations and business as usual, but talking to folks on the inside and around the situation, they are burning the whole thing down and working out what needs to be taken as a response steps and future precautionary steps. emily: all external services operational at this point. there is an interesting time in here in that the perpetrator got into their hacker one system, which helps the company pay bug counties to people who find vulnerabilities in the over system. this is similar to what your company, bug crowd, dies. what do you make of this? casey: it is similar to what we do, for sure. what i make of that, there were more scans and you talked about inappropriate pictures on the corporate slack, and people interacting with the attacker and so forth. carrying along that line, there were messages that's got sent to everyone in the researcher community,
