the fact is that whole area the northern mission bay area was zoned in the late 90s and ucsf and the university was the anchor tenant but it was also invisioned to become a real neighborhood. a neighborhood that would have not just bio medical researching facilities and hospitals and medical supplies and things like that, but restaurants and night life and dry cleaners and coffee shops and cafes and housing. so all of that has been slow to come. this particular site was actually slated for office development by sales force. it was on the marketed for a few years and the warriors bought it. it is compliant with the earlier planning process. what she left out is that was found to be the case by about a half dozen regulatory agencies. the cities planning commission, the board of supervisor, both unanimously voting in favor to uphold the cir and then just last week the superior court upheld it as well. so they're in the extreme minority on that opinion. >> it took me half an hour to get out of the a's parking lot on saturday night after the game. you can't tell me there won't be any impa
