you will notice the cloud cover throughout the day. 3:00 tomorrow morning the rain has begun in ukiah, santa rosa. here comes the tonight and we could see winds gust up to 20 and 30 miles an hour over the east bay hills for a brief time. really unfortunate with this rain as we push through the morning provided because this is the first significant one and the oils have built up on the road. try to give yourself some extra time. then it moves into the mountains. here's the next piece of energy that by the overnight hours monday and tuesday morning could drop a little bit more rain. and then by wednesday a slight chance favoring the north bay and the coast. but rainfall amounts anywhere from a quarter to a half-inch on the peninsula, upwards up to an inch in the mountains of the north bay. then in the south bay a tenth. it's favoring parts of the north bay and central bay and today a few showers along the north coast. otherwise temperatures will be on the comfortable side with 60s and 70s, but certainly cooler than yesterday. the sea breeze up to 20 miles an hour. 65 today in the city,
