if you live in the north bay, around 10:00, it starts to move into ukiah, santa rosa, san rafael, and becomes widespread around midnight to 2:00 a.m., all the way from the north bay to the south bay. this is going to be a widespread impact. but if you're curious to know when we're going to see the heaviest downpours, i'm going to slide this over to about 5:00 a.m., and you'll notice there is where we start to notice the intensity and the rain rates start to ramp up. this is where the moisture comes into play here in san rafael, calistoga. the difference with this system, this seems to be more focused towards the north bay, which is where we'll expect the highest rain totals. even with that, we could see some of those higher totals through the higher elevation areas like the santa cruz mountains. so, debris flows, muld flows, anything like that near any sort of burn scar will be of concern. the models are showing anywhere from 2 to 3 inches, maybe even a little over 3 to 4 inches likely in some of the higher peaks for the north bay. down through santa cruz as well. typical rain showers

so these are these are much warmer than we've seen 15 in tahoe 40 in ukiah. and forties in the valley and forties, all the way down to palm springs. that's cool morning palm springs at 48 in san diego, and i had 45. looks good in the morning. if you have something you need to do. the clouds will start to roll in in the afternoon. that's going to lead to rain starting tomorrow morning, so today looks good son, then clouds nice, but on the cool side, we're still running well below average on the temperatures. rain returns this weekend along with wind and sierra snow. i still paint around 10 a.m. to the north and then south of that around noon to two o'clock, and then the stronger part of the system comes in sunday. that's when the main low comes in, and it may hang around here through at least monday, and there's some hints, maybe even tuesday for a few. but the outlook going forward again, there's a lot of chatter about the middle of next week or end the next week. we'll deal with it next week because everything is all over the place. but it could be bullseye
