but now we are hearing that only one person is unaccounted for. that's the latest that we heard 15 minutes ago from our latest news briefing that we had just moments ago. we are seeing people standing by waiting. we are abilitying for someone to speak to us. earlier today we saw about half a dozen people being taken from that reflection room to another undisclosed location. we also heard from someone from the red cross. she is telling us that people are afraid. they're frightened. they're even cold. a number of people lost their shoes in all of the chaos. so they're working the get shoes, blankets and clothes for the people on the airplane. from that news briefing that we had, they didn't have a lot to say. the best news that we heard is that only one person is unaccounted for. we're also hearing that 123 people are uninjured. that's a miraculous number. and dozens of people taken to different hospitals throughout the area. so again, we're waiting for another news briefing that is supposed to take place at 7:30 today. that's all we know right now.

what about the 60 some unaccounted for? where are they? have they left the airport? >> well, we have encouraging breaking news to report to you. airport authorities minutes ago telling us that one person who was on that airport remains unaccounted for a big drop from what we were told a little over an hour ago, that roughly 67 people were missing from this flight. now, the reason for this dramatic discrepancy from 67 down to one remaint remains unc. i have to remind you throughout the situation, authorities have been telling us this remains a very fluid situation, so here's what we know. 306 people were on this plane. more than 100, about 130 people, did need some kind of medical treatment for smoke and burn-related injuries. they were taken to area hospitals. ten of them were in critical condition, and among the ten, two children. now, the crash site itself has been secured, we're told, by federal authorities who also say they have ruled out terrorism as a cause of this tragic crash. the ntsb has a team on the way. the fbi is also assigned to investigating why this
