first off, do you have undereye circles? you do. yes. dark red, purple, or blue, take note of that. secondly, is your skin dry? look at the face, take your finger nail and run it down the cheek, not too hard, run it down and see if a white line appears. that means your skin is a little bit dry. everyone at home do this along with me. thirdly, do you have sagging. to do this test, pull on the skin a little bit. pull on it up and down and see how long it takes to bounce back. it takes a while to get back to the original shape or is it like play do. are you happy with what you see? i'm hearing no. well, if not, guess what. it's all reversible. it really is. the culprit, it turns out, is sugar. it may be making you look older than you really are. our nutritionist is here with simple solutions to take years off your face. brooke, welcome. >> thank you for having me.
