to sign up those folks that don't have insurance and improve the insurance for those that are underinsured. they have been subject to the whims of the insurance company. that is the challenge we've got over the next three months, six months, one year. when we get that done, we will have created a stable system in which there is no reason why people should not be getting health care in this country. i am the first to say that the first part i am not happy with. you have heard about the website woes. nothing drives me more crazy than the fact that right now, there is great insurance to be had out there, choice, competition, where people can save money for a better product. but too many folks have not been able to get through the website. this is like having a really good product in the store and the cash registers don't work and there aren't enough parking spots. nobody can get through the door. we are working overtime to get this fixed. the website is already better than it was at the beginning of october. by the end of this month, we anticipate it will be working the way it is supposed to.
