it is the case that sba works with these organizations to try to help small businesses understand how to get credit and fine tools to be able to do that. sba programs cover a wide range, and i will talk about this range of lending and the kinds of things we do, but in many ways, we do not do it alone. we do it with partners, and that is the takeaway message, the sba lending activity, while would guarantee loans through a number of lenders, we do it with a lot of other partners as well. let me give a little bit of a sense of what the small business administration does and is. we in san francisco covered the bay area and north coast counties, and we do a variety of things. i will come back to the credit card because i know that is what this session is about, but before i do that, there's two other roles we play that are important as well. one is about helping small businesses understand how to start businesses, getting good technical assistance, getting good advice about starting and managing your business. equally important is being prepared for credit. one of the things we tried to do

this is a rarity that you are able to do that around this industry to try to ensure that we understand what's happening in our neighboring counties and they know what's going on in san francisco. we did a labor comprehensive research which partnered with impact, we partnered with the community college system to really look at our industry. we've done a number of what we call round table convening. the most recent was january 15th whenever we invited a number of employers to understand about their current openings and what they can see in the future. coming up may 2nd, we'll do an extensive look at our curriculum with employers to make sure we are on the right track. so a large part of what we are trying to do is make sure that what we are providing is relevant. i know that was one of the questions asked of us. to that point, to all of the work that we have done so far, here is what we have come up with in terms of sort of what we are calling offerings if you will. remember 76 percent of my folk are high school. so if you look at the job clusters, we've identified the types of occupatio

i understand things. most people wilnever understand that we have to control. it is such a way that it serves the purposes of secular as some sort doesn't challenge them. liberal christianity as a result of that and the doctrines don't matter so what does it mean to be a liberal,. we're being generally nice and with a heavy emphasis on tolerance and not supranatural and a stress on being done in this world and bring to the country practical way. there is overlap with christianity that if you do not clothe the naked and help the poor, help the oppressed me will be with the goats, they don't get a good treatment like the sheep so if you do not treat people well in this world you will have to pay for it so they have a very strong evangelical aspect that is helping people in this world but never reduces its message to that. but in the transformation in the community is what it means so you don't see any difference between what the secular liberal who doesn't believe in god at all the leaves should be done. that is simply indistinguishable from what it looks like if
