talk to us what it means for unicef. the outlook as far as helping people to recover from this storm that's bearing down right now? >> there will be huge needs, we think. it remains to be seen tomorrow once the storm is passed. typically in an emergency, there are many groups who are especially vulnerable including those people who are very high and have inadequate shelter. we also have especially vulnerable groups such as pregnant women, children under the age of 5, people with a disability. and the elderly, of course. these are people who can't climb trees or run or chime to seek shelter or people who can't swim perhaps. and even after the storm, they have particular needs because they're especially vulnerable. unicef works to make sure the boys and girls and care givers who have been made vulnerable by these storms are considered as part of the emergency response. we've worked with the government here for a long time, so we're all in this together. >> alice clements with us live on the phone. we appreciate your insigh
