currently 8 patients are being treated in the intensive care unit at least 2 doctors and 6 nursing staff a needed for each of the 3 shifts. like others here alexandra foster is constantly on the move will stay in member wouldn't want as well as we have our backs to the wall and lack resources we're doing our best at the moment we have enough stuff but as soon as another patient or 2 are admitted the system will be overwhelmed. personal protective equipment ventilators and intensive care beds are available but there's still a lack of staff for the intensive care patients qualified workers it difficult to find. it in poverty because there will probably get a few volunteers to support us but we won't get additional qualified personnel to deal with the wave so we have to obtain personnel from other units to help it says i mean to you but not everyone can deal with the enormous physical and psychological stress of caring for covered 900 patients because in already seeing the beginning of the 2nd wave in we have many months ahead of us the people who work here are exhausted i believe we're far
