$30 each to give blood inside that abandoned apartment at 70p street, it's public housing not far from nationals park in southwest. a woman inside the apartment told police it was her unithe wasn't participating as part of a work study under the direction of nguyen. nguyen told officers he works for a company called boston bio source and he was authorized to draw blood but the d.c. department of health says he is not a licensed medical professional in the disrict and the the apartment building clearly not an approved medical facility. covering to the police report, apparently nguyen told them that he had drawn blood from about 40 people in the last two days. officers there on the scene also said they recognized some of the people there as habitual drug users. we looked into this company nguyen said he worked for. they say they provide samples for medical research. fox5 did try to reach out and get some answers from the company but so far responded to our inquiries and nguyen is due back in court in about a month. live in d.c. police headquarters, i'm melanie alnwick, fox5 local news. >> thank you very much, melanie. >>> 4:35 right now and happening today at the naval ac
