we are having a flood of espionage cases to the united states. is as if it is happening below the conscious level. if we look at economic espionage cases a law was passed in 1996 on economic espionage. there have been 125 people at least who have been arrested for economic espionage and keep the trend line and going up. you see more of those cases targeting the private sector. not having access to national defense information but having access to proprietary or trade secret information and some of that turned out to be investment information. in two cases on want to highlight which are very interesting and very new, where do we stand today? in the last four years, until 2011, 94 people have been arrested for espionage related crimes. agents of foreign powers. 22.2% of all the arrests for espionage in the last 66 years have taken place in the last four years. if you don't monitor that you don't see that. we see an explosion of this. does that mean more collection are better counterintelligence? my answer would be yes and yes. we see a more aggress
