yesterday sign an executive order where he declared venezuela a state of emergency, the situation there, and therefore it is a threat to national security of the unitedhe future if they deem necessary something similar to iran and syria. we saw the president for the first time the white house name seven individuals in venezuela, six men, one woman. these are high ranking military officials. one of them the head of national police. and the woman is a prosecutor. they have been accused of what the administration says is violating human rights. they have used violence tried to limit free expression they have participated in arbitrary arrests. all of this to try and block the opposition in that country. now, as we well know what this means also is that they will freeze their assets if they have any here in the united states and more importantly for washington is that if they have a visa it will be revoked, and if they don't have a visa they wouldn't be allowed to return or come into the united states. now, we know that the united states is venezuela's largest trading partner and what a lot of people would like to see is because venezuela is the fourth pr
