jerk reaction we always talk about that's why you have zero tolerance policies in the united states you have officials that overreact and they overreact because they want to pass rules and regulations that deter other people from doing something that they're uncomfortable with and easy with in this case what these two twenty year olds did was didn't even cause an issue it didn't cause any violence they didn't incite violence no one showed up to the protest the cage was taken down the following morning there was no issue there was no problem they didn't do anything criminal and they should not serve four years in prison for it that's four years out of their lives for something that didn't even cause a problem now the judge said specifically that he hopes that this will be a deterrent right that he wanted to make an example out of these two individuals but do you think that that really works you know if you look at statistics or just thinking about the way that young people work these days you know is that only going to lead to more aggression more people becoming motivated and wanting to go to facebook
