a former nursing student at the university. as we talk to friends and classmates, we get the picture of a man who bounced from coast-to-coast. a man who was carrying significant debt. a man who said he had trouble fitting in at the university. the suspected gunman, 43-year-old one l. goh has lived in oakland and castro valley. this is the vehicle the suspect used to leave the scene. it was towed from the alameda shopping center. a source confirms that investigators are looking into reports that there was about a .45 caliber handgun was purchased by the suspect last week legally at a castro valley gun store. they tell a story of large debt. two federal tax liens, totalling more than $23,000. records show other outstanding judgments totalling $10,000. one l. goh spent a great deal of time in the greater virginia area in the past decade. he has no criminal record there. only two minor traffic offenses. he purchased fishing and hunting licenses in virginia from 2006 to 2008. students on campus told us and told nbc bay area today th
