the universities to address it. i mean, the fact that when i read the lee policies, i was hurt, right, because you have low income students that take time off because they fear they can't go back and the reason why their fear is warranted because of all the things you have to do to come back. so, i'll give you another example. so at harvard, there's like this backwards policy and you'll understand why it's backwards in a minute. if a native student is asked to take time off and they're asked to take time off more than anybody else. and if they're asked to take time off and come back. they'll sponsor somebody to come back with you, my question is the university is simple. why are you banking on students having to take time off? why not start this process at the very beginning? why not actually make this a welcoming space and saying that we understand that our cultural practices that we don't know, but that we can respect? why are you expecting, build out the policies to make these introductions now so you can have a
