there's a study we're right now of folks who lost homes in the marshall fire in colorado, which was in 2021 over 1200 homes were destroyed. it's a study we're doing, university of colorado and folks at duke university. but we're we're tracking homeowners over and we have over a thousand that have been responding to a survey that we've done now three times and underinsured. so this is a population that is generally well, but underinsurance is the number one challenge to people recovering in that disaster. folks policies don't cover the cost of replacement it's way out of date relative to inflation and construction has gotten very expensive. and so you start to is who's most vulnerable to underinsurance. well, people who are retired and our fixed incomes, it's lower income households. right. it's many of the same. and that that population is probably the most able to manage and underinsurance crisis with the disasters that we just saw for example what's the underinsurance crisis going to look like there and so i think that that to add to the topic not just markets closing down but also folks being broadly i think is something that we to be thinking about. yeah
