the evidence that our gary tucker lead -- a first degree murder and killings of those four university of ottawaavit that was just released today described dna found on a knife chief at the crimes scene, as the surviving roommate that saw a man dressed in black clothing and a mask, and the suspect's phone used near the students home at least a dozen times in the students home since june. i'm joined now by joey jackson, -- and the former u.s. assistant attorney. there's a lot of evidence pointing to the suspect, they have this familiarity and i tie to the crime scene, phone records indicating that he traveled to the area the night of the murders, the vehicles matching the make and model that the suspect drives near the crime scene. what do you make of this as a case for the prosecution? >> well anderson, there is more than enough evidence to justify this arrest and i believe there is enough evidence to convict here. there is a really polar flow document, here the star witness here is the dna. the cops have already been able to establish by 99 point 9998 that the dna on the crime scene at that now
