well, i started out as a historian and ironed might be in mma in history from the university of pennsylvania, and i went on to work alongside the u.s. army corps of engineers as a historian and archivist. about a year into that i began the tattooed historian on facebook. i used it as a way to showcase some of the archival things that we were finding, and i was really employ enjoying that process. we were doing an archival assessment, going through the archives, trying to see what was in them and the tradition that about them. i was taking photographs of different artifacts, papers documents, showcase to the public who may not be able to go and check those things and. strangely, enough this thing blew up, and i wasn't expecting that. i thought maybe i would get 100 people to follow along, and maybe to find my next job. as time went on, linkedin wasn't a sexy thing so i was using facebook. as time went on, it build up more and more, they started getting on a couple more platforms, twitter and instagram. i went full-time with this project in april of 2018. i've been doing it full-time for two y
