then a little bit unsented by the weekend, -- unsented by the weekend, -- unsettled by the weekend withshowers and storm. mike hydeck, i'm so jealous of you. we're celebrateing chocolate. ?cht stand by -- [ stand by for captions ] >> you have several different kinds. what's different about chocolate. >> what's different about fine chocolate is where the cocoa beans come from from around the world. fine chocolate has four, five basic ingredients. it has cocoa butter, solids, a little bit of sugar and vanilla. if it's a milk chocolate, it has a little bit of powder as well. these are cocoa pods. this is where the cocoa beans come from. and so they take -- they'll tat beans and roast them and crack them open and grind them down. you get the cocoa paste. so during that process, what you end up with at the end is some nice, beautiful pieces of chocolate and the flavor comes directly from -- the flavor that you experience from the chocolate comes from the cocoa bean itself, not from any added ingreed yefntses. no artificial fats. fine chocolate is always going to be just a little more expensi
