icy, untreated surfaces. if you've got salt on the surface, roads have been treated, they are just going to be wet. more freezing rain and sleet is in the forecast for this afternoon and into tonight and we're going to have some icing issues tonight as well. this is not just a temporary thing. you can see the temperature is at or below freezing from the philadelphia area northward at 28 in trenton, one of the cold spots. we're barely above freezing to the south. so the threat of icing covered just about any part of the area. as you can see, it's kind of patchy. not everybody is getting it. there is more back to the west that is headed in our direction. the lehigh valley poconos have had the greatest amount of icing with a little bit of snow on top of that. that's where the conditions are probably worse. but as you can see, there's more moisture back to the west that's going to move in here. the temperature isn't really going to be going anywhere. we have winter weather advisory in effect for the entire area.
