hospitalizations have also gone up as well. as a result, the county is wrapping up its testing. here is what we know about the hospitalizations. the number of hospitalized folks in covid-19 cases have increased in just one week. the numbers went from 110 on 12 november to 166 on november 19. if covid-19 hospitalizations continue to increase at this rate, then hospitals in the county could exceed capacity in three weeks. due to the uptick in demand not only from all of the cases but also holidays, the county is expanding its testing facilities. right now, the county's largest site at the fairgrounds tests about 2500 people a day. that number will increase to 3000 starting today. >> postpone your travel. postpone your gatherings until we are out of this critical stage of the pandemic. ensure that those who really need to get tested have that capacity. there are people who may have had exposures who really do need to test. >> reporter: to meet that need, they are ramping up their testing. the largest site going from 2500 now. today, they will increase to 3000. next week, the county

you see right now the dow futures indicated up by over 400 points s&p futures up by 51 the nasdaq upy 220 and last week was incredibly strong week for the markets in fact it was the strongest week since back to april. however, you have to put that in context. two weeks ago was a lousy week in fact, two weeks ago the dow lost just over 1800 points, down by 1833 points last week the dow was up by 1821 points so that was a give-back for the dow kind of starting things over if you look at the other major averages, they got back much more ground than they had lost the previous week. last week the s&p was up 329 points after being down 195 the week before and the nasdaq was up by 983 points last week after losing 636 points the week before but again these gains this morning are significant ones they are adding to what we saw last week. also, take a look at what's happening in the treasury market you'll see that right now the treasury, the ten-year, is yielding 0.812% so it's stabilized after bouncing around quite a bit during the election and the election counting last week stabilized at 0
