at cbsphilly.com. >> this morning, bringing us to uup to date on this investigation, anita? >> good morning, this was nice warm evening, quickly took a turn for the worse. and now, this two year old boy is in critical condition at st. christopher's hospital after being shot multiple times, his father also shot and now recovering in stable condition at temple university hospital. we want to show you video of the scene from last night, all unfolded after 9:00 on the 3300 block of malta street in kensington. two men, on bikes, road down the street and started firing at the father and son sitting on the porch, the 26 year old father apparently tried to shield his two year old son from the gunfire, bullet struck the dad in the right knee, and son ended up taking brunt of the gunfire, shot four times in the back. captain george fuchs of philadelphia police says that police did interview witnesses at east detectives, and started a search for the gunman. massive man hunt, plane clothes marked, our aviation unit. we have k9, all kind of people trying to find these. >> so large search

cbsphilly.com. our own joe hold send there at the scene, he'll bring us update in about 30 minutes. >>> this morning police looking for the gunman who shot eight people in north philadelphia, happened at 23rd d 10:30 last night, reportedly at gathering or party outside when the shooter opened fire. two of the eight people who were shot there are in critical condition. police are trying to figure out the shooter's motive. >> this morning, police still looking for two men who shot two year old little boy friday night in kensington, the boy's mother says he's her only child. he was sitting with his dad on their malta street porch, that's when two men on bicycles road up, opened fire, the boy shot four times, and his father shot, as well. >> if someone saw something on malta street yesterday, everyone on the blocks loves him very much,'s a sweet kid. he is that's there fighting right now. a witness tells us he saw the two men on bikes as they arrived, they looked at the father and son and said this is our block, before opening fire. >> in north philadelphia, now, a two year old boy fell out after third
