we'll have a special guest in studio to tell us more about an upcoming fundraiser at western iowa tech. with.... kevin miller from phi theta kappa at western iowa tech. who's here to tell us more about a great fundraiser that helps both the haiti water project and siouxland food bank. beta zeta mu, the witcc chapter of phi theta kappa, an international honor society for two-year-college students, will host a silent auction nov. 10-12 to raise funds for two equally worthy projects, the food bank of siouxland's backpack program, which feeds chronically hungry children throughout the school year, including holidays and a water well project in haiti to help the people of a village to have access to clean water which is vital for the survival of hundreds of children in the village. the auction will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on tuesday (november 10) and thursday (november 12) and 10-3 p.m. on wednesday (november 11) and located in front of the western iowa tech college bookstore. among the more than 100 auction items are a desktop and lap top computers, tablets, jewelries, painting. there are also numerous gift ce
