. >>> a look at news around the nation takes us to pennsylvania where two men stole an atm from a hospital and as you can see it was caught on tape. now the bold robbery happened at the delaware county memorial hospital. armed with a clip board and a dolly, the men stole the atm filled with $96,000 in cash from the hospital's cafe. the robbery happened right in front of hospital staff and visitors. >> they were sophisticated enough to know when they cut the wires to take its machine out that whatever sequence they cut, the alarm didn't go off, the thieves took the 800-pound atm machine in a can and drive off. the van was reportedly stolen was later found in philadelphia burned with money emptied from the atm. police are still looking for the suspects. >>> if you're trying to get rid of geese, you should call the geese police. dave marks found the secret weapon in his border collie which uses a wolf-like glance to get the foul in line. while working as a golf course superintendent mark saw the damage that wild geese can leave behind. mark says his dog duff doesn't chase or bite, he just giv

sprinkles of light showers up to the north and west of us and in southern pennsylvania. in western maryland, some showers and a couple of lightning strikes. the outside chance that a light shower or a brief thunderstorm will roll through maryland as we head to that evening hours but most spots will remain dry. we are on the one side of this approaching front, temperatures today well above normal. 84 degrees at the airport. the morning low of 66, 12 degrees above the average for the day. on average, the median for the day is about 10 above normal, a warm start to the new season. 87 right now that hagerstown. a little bit of cloud cover dropping the temperature to 79. some of those showers rolling through the altoona region. it's partly cloudy skies and a continuation of the warm to mild temperatures tonight. here comes the front working its way through northwest pennsylvania. there is not a blast of cold air behind this front but it will turn cooler as we head for the end of the week. we should see more sunshine. those showers are moving in quick. by 10:00 in the morning,

the weather system affecting us is a front approaching pennsylvania pushing down our way. this high pressure will exit stage right and move over the atlantic. behind that the flow will tap moisture coming out of the atlantic. and it's going to cloud us up by later tonight. so the combination of the front moving in and the flow around the high adding moisture to the combination will give us an increased chance of rain. as we go forward over the next 48 hours, we will see the area of blue where we might get sprinkles and drizzle by dawn on wednesday morning. and then as we go forward on the wednesday, perhaps showers and an easterly wind. and wednesday this will persist and continue with more showers around. for the rest of the afternoon, enjoy the dry weather while you can. if you have outdoor plans for work or recreation, i would say to go ahead because the next several days are looking damp. afternoon highs and lows in the mid-80s. and then tonight we will be in the 70s through the evening with increasing clouds. and going all cloudy by dawn tomorrow. maybe a few sprinkles
