so encryption is great in that regard. we love encryption. encryption helps usn so many ways as a society but it has costs and we need to think about it as a society how we're going to deal with those calls. maybe we say we will accept it. maybe that's it, that the value that is a soldier with encryption is so tremendous and is so great, so beneficial that we will deal with the cost. the reality is, we didn't talk about but i spent most my career at the department of justice, being now at the fbi, what are the things that have been impressive to me is the proximity in terms of like me giving legal advice to people. i am much more proximate, i am much more closer to the asian tour literally having to go into houses and put lives at risk. i, therefore, am much closer to the bad guys, and we collectively are all much closer to the victims. and so we have to do with it. we have to face the victims. and what is our obligation to them? so it's ver very challenging. these are hard issues. there are no demons here on any site. but companies are trying to do things that
