to guess about 50 minutes apart. if it was a flash-bang, that is a very common piece of equipment used by the s.w.a.t. team. as pete pointed out it is designed to create a lot of noise, light and disorient the person. it's usually used in dynamic entry situations when the s.w.a.t. teams are trying to come in on a suspect. really at this point this is a classic fugitive situation. you have a fugitive who has been making his way somehow through the underbrush here, being tracked all day. there were k-9 units here. i'm surprised the dogs didn't pick up on him. making his way somehow, i guess under cover of darkness. it's hard to think he made his way during daylight hours, over from a spot about a half mile away to where he is now. the only reason we believe is i was in the area where the authorities first had that location where they got the vehicle, found two devices in the street and knew he was there because they were engaged in such a gunfight there. we know they were shooting at the vehicle. he makes his way over here. we don't know how long he's been in there. god bless the woman who realized -- she open
