that's what we're very concerned about and that leads us to the levy problem in california. next. the bay delta here. and next one, please. and this was - we always talk about sea level rise and i heard a couple of orders of magnitude of estimates this morning and one of them was more like this where this is the more conservative,ip sfpuc, estimate where the change in sea level you were told sea levels are rising by about half a foot. we can expect that at least probably. but we could see an accelerated rise of maybe three or four times that according to,ip sfpuc. instead of half a foot we could see three feet. you know out here at fort point here in san francisco. first of all we don't know what the climate is doing to do, but secondly, the way ice gets dumped into the ocean from the land based - well sea level rises from one, the water gets warmer and inflates because it's density is less and that's well understood and handled by climate models. what's not well handled is the fact that when ice gets shed from green land and antarctica, there's 70 levels that if it all melted woul

using them. the initial system that was engineered into this job, but we're not going to use to their full capacity. we spoke with some people at levi, spoke with how they would work the system, and we did that and still achieve everything were trying to achieve. this gave us the opportunity to educate them on different systems, which turned into a win-win situation for levi strauss. that encompassed everything they wanted to do and they stayed within budget. this is an example of how the landscape is changing, most of all peoples attitudes towards sustainable energy, with the help of people like tom getting out there and spreading the word. there are more aware and want to be part of something new. their culture is changing and people are realizing that sitting in an office space and their lights diming a little bit, as opposed to thinking something is wrong, they are saving energy and it makes them feel good. that is very noticeable, to your credit, to this culture that you have at levi strauss. this training program is brilliant. new construction is down, so a lot of dust, but competitors and friends behind me -- so a lot of us,

the former intern. he can run now but he can no longer hide. an fbi technician testified that condit's d.n.a. was found on underwear recovered from levy's apartment. but that's of little use to ingmar guandique. when the remains were recovered more than a year after she disappeared no d.n.a. was found on her bra, panties or running shorts. >> reporter: some of the most haunting testimony in this haunting trial came from a u.s. park police officer who went to the scene of both levy's death and at previous scenes where ingmar guandique had attacked previous women and he testified they were eerily similar. they were steep terrain, steep drop-off off a trail where ingmar guandique jumped women and knocked them down the hill in order to get them further from help. now, the consequence called a cartographer, a map maker to the stand, and he testified that that kind of terrain is common throughout rock creek park but it is not really clear that the jurors got the testimony from the earlier police officer. back to you. >> thank you, bruce, for the update. >>> investigators are digging deeper into last month's cargo bomb plot and they are discovering that terrorists had the east coas
